Spark Your Heart 5k Walk/Run in Bend, Oregon

Start your 4th with a Bang!

The Spark your heart 5K Run/Walk and Children’s Heart fund Dash in Bend, Oregon is supporting Adult and Children’s Heart Services in Central Oregon.

The Children's Heart Fund is dedicated to improving the lives of children living with congenital heart disease throughout Central Oregon. We support this mission through four initiatives: Screenings, Family Support Services, Nurse Navigator Services and genetic testing.

Come and support Heart Services as you race through the Old Mill on the 4th of July.

Event Information

• 5K Walk/Run (timed or untimed)
• Race starting point is at Riverbend Park.
• All ages welcome (with supervision).
   

Awards & prizes

The top overall male and female and the overall male and female masters runners (40+) will receive special awards. Medals will be awarded three deep in each age group in ten-year increments (11 and under, 12-14, 15-19, 20-29 ... 60-69, 70-79, 80-89, 90-99).

Children’s Heart Fund Dash

This year for kids 8 and younger. Registration is required and includes a t-shirt and medal. Race takes place at Riverbend Park, at 8 a.m., Wednesday, July 4th. More details to come.
